Bid Process
Your first step is to tour our showroom where you can see many different cabinet door styles, colors and finishes as well as a variety of creative design elements to add organization to your storage. This is our first opportunity to learn about you, your preferences and the scope of the project.
You can bring your own measurements to us or we will be happy to schedule an in-home appointment where we can survey the project space and take detailed measurements to ensure the proper fit and function of your new cabinets.
Our design experts will create a design plan (or more if possible) for your project. We offer up to 5 hours of design and consultation time.
We get to work creating a proposal for your review before you ever spend a dime. Our proposal can take up to 2-3 weeks for larger projects. If your project requires any outsourced sub-contractors, such as electrical or plumbing, we will incorporate all sub-contractor pricing in the proposal.
We will set an appointment with you to formal present our bid for your project. We take the time to fully explain every detail of the bid and project and answer all your questions. Our presentation includes a computer rendering of the finished project to help you fully visualize our bid.
When you’re ready to accept our bid for your project, we will formalize a contract with all the final decisions for the major decisions (cabinets, appliances, countertops, etc.). Smaller decisions such as hardware can made at a later date, if needed. This is the fun part – the beginning of your dreams coming to life!
